•  For items picked up at our store, the sale is completed if the item meets customers' expectations.
• For shipped items, Customers have 2 days from the date the item was delivered to contact us for a return. All items will be inspected, and the customer will know the device's current condition.
• All Sales are final after inspection.

•  All devices are subjected to a 6 Month Manufacturer Warranty.
• Warranty is automatically voided on devices with cracks on the front and (or) back side of the device, water damage, opened by another Repair shop, lost or stolen, or dropped.

• Pickups are available after 4 hours of the order, if we need more time, we will contact you.
•  For orders made (Monday-Friday) before noon, depending on the availability of the device, it will ship the same day.
• For orders made on (Saturday) before noon, depending on the availability of the device, it will ship the same day.
• For Devices not in stock, please allow (1-2) extra business days to ship the item.

 Excellent Condition

• The screen is in excellent condition with very little to no signs of wear. If any, light wear may appear in the form of isolated scratches, shallow dents, and/or black markings on the housing.
• Pre-cleaned and polished with specialized cleanser and reset to factory settings.
• Our devices have a battery capacity of 85% or higher, as recommended by the manufacturer, guaranteed.

Good Condition

• The screen will likely show moderate scratches. Expect minor amounts of wear in the form of scratches, minor dents, and/or black markings on the housing and bezel.
• Pre-cleaned and polished with specialized cleanser and reset to factory settings.
• Our devices have a battery capacity of 80% or higher, as recommended by the manufacturer, guaranteed.
